6月25日石化580019日内交易小结
石化权证今天1.951开盘，最低至1.946后，最高2.024，最后以1.998收盘。交易11手，赚取88点数。其中5亏，6赚。
今天做得好的地方	10：09买进2手，11：15前后分批卖出，赚取73点。趋势一直在向上，所以一直持有，知道顶部发生变化。在这笔贯彻了主要趋势最主要操作规则，获取一天最大利润。
做得差的地方	失败的地方在于13：20的时候，买进一笔，看到趋势依然向上，便利用软件埋卖的功能在止损位置预设了一笔，由于自己还不很熟悉这个功能，在自己撤单的时候平了仓，赚1点就出来了，好不懊悔。之后失去了下午赚钱的一次机会。教训：熟悉下单软件，不可因小失大了。
今天学到了什么	1.    寻找最佳机会进场，这个点在于可以充分利用止损点，以减少被震荡出局的可能。 2.    耐心等待机会等待进场以及出场的机会，方向不对的时候果断出手。 3.    熟悉下单软件，不要犯低级错误。 4.    冷静看盘，果断下单出单。
明天如何改进	1.    密切关注大盘以及主股走势，为此权证走势做参考。 2.    继续发扬今天冷静的精神状态，最大化交易成绩。 3.    集中精神交易，全身心用于操作。

6月24日石化580019日内交易小结
6月24日，石化580019，1.948高开，之后下跌至最低1.844后，反弹至1.973，最后以1.958收盘。
今天做得好的地方	对K线的理解还是有了进步，11：07分双底形成之后，主要趋势已经发生逆转，马上进场做了多，之后580019随着600028形势上升，直到11：20平仓，赚取了比较大的一笔。在这里体现出果断以及耐心的品质，当形势来了之后，马上做出决断，绝不拖泥带水。
做得差的地方	最失败的地方在于尾盘14：50的时候，'幻想着'每次收盘总有一次上升机会的，在这个时候依然2手进场，之后价格下跌，还在'幻想'着尾盘的上升，导致了当天最大亏损。接近30点。几乎使一天成果毁掉。
今天学到了什么	回到家后，再打开行情软件看今天的行情，发觉K线高开跌到双底之后便一直处于上升趋势之中，结合交易，学到了以下几点： 1.耐心的等待机会到来进仓。 2.把握好一段时间趋势，并且根据趋势进行操作。 3.不要幻想市场如何如何，根据自己看到的进行操作。
明天如何改进	1.心静气和。 2.该买进时候迅猛买进，该出来时候果断出来。'该'在于自己对'现象'的判断。 3.控制做单的欲望。努力向一个狙击手学习，尽量追求完美

 

书非借不能读也，今天从图书馆借了几本书，准备在业余思考几个问题：
1.思想问题。海德格尔以及老子天道终极解释。《海德格尔的智慧》《海德格尔思想与中国天道》。海德格尔是我一直追读的思想，一直在寻找着一个切入点来指导自己的思考以及行为，但是如何完成这一貌似使命的困惑呢？单纯的从书本上寻找显得虚无，事实上在于直接面对人生的沉思。当然，书本或许起到一定的‘指导’作用。虽然往往是陷入字词的迷宫中无法自拔。
2.行为研究。《瑜伽经图解》，我加上了几字，思静的追求。老谭说连静坐打消杂念对操盘好。我想到是放下即自在。禅定不一定要每天静坐。在行动中，同样可以达到这一境界。或许这就是儒的不同，实行，而不尽是幻念。这个需要慢慢来拟合。
3.职业交流。《沪深300股指期货实战指南》，玩命的游戏，不可不认真练习。市场，技术，人性。缺一不可，先了解下这个市场再逐步完善其他。

28岁了，今日开始。回想起之前10年辛酸历程，心情惶恐带着安详。惶恐的是很快就30，30而立，而自己还在'未立'挣扎中，安详的是自己没有自暴自弃，逐步进入了交易这一领域，做自己喜欢的事情，而且有了自己的家。尽管进入这行或许意味着更大的恐惧，压抑以及自我推残，然而却充满着技术与挑战，人性博弈与心灵锤炼。在每一笔交易中都蕴含着人性自我的拷问与反省。但享受这一过程吧，何必想那么多。在交易中完善自我，达到身心中和，至道。
在此非常感谢CC在艰苦的日子里对我的支持与爱戴，让我不至于脆弱得离开，感谢我的家人，让我有机会进入这个世界。没有沦落到回家种田【尽管自己只愿意做一个农民】。感谢GS，让我充满了对未来的憧憬，认识到自己可以做到自己想做的事情。专心的把这件事情做好吧。这辈子做好这件事情就满足了。知足常乐，开心每天。

6月16日交易小结

6月16日4086开盘，最低4082，最高4219，4199收盘。交易17次，-34爆仓结束。

今天自己做得比较好的地方	在10：15分之前，把握好上升的主要趋势，以BO为主，获取了利润。9：11分4142价格BO2手，4151，4150出，赚取17点.
今天自己做得比较差的地方	10:30分之后，依然坚持BO为主，然而趋势已经悄然发生变化。处于盘整阶段，结果连亏3手停止，在开始再亏，积累够-30分，停止当日交易。
今天自己学到了什么	1、交易的时候心态不正确，没有完全的集中精神去交易。2、还没有把握到止损的灵魂。
明天如何改进	全身心投进去交易，耐心等待机会进场交易，坚决止损。

一，周末小结

6月10日-13日，3891开盘，最低3870，最高4154，收盘4035.依旧呈上升形态。交易102次。盈利205点。56次赢利，46次亏损。赢利率54.9%。

这周自己做得比较好的地方	这个星期除周二的时候亏损10点外，其他3日全部为正数。比起上几周，感觉自己逐渐可以跟随市场脉搏，做单的时候心境平和安详。下单基本上做到了按规定办事，成绩也还好。
这周自己做得比较差的地方	1.纪律性还不够这点要强调 2.止损原则不够坚决
这周自己学到了什么	1..保持身心和谐 2.遵守纪律 3.坚决止损
下周如何改进	按照以上3点实施。把交易当成修炼自我的工具，在交易中完善自我性格以及智慧。

 

二．其他分析

1、具体列出本周自己做的最好的三笔交易，然后回答问题：今后怎样更多复制这样的交易？列出至少三个具体措施。

1）6月10日下午13;30之后，趋势主要呈上升形态，主做BO获利不少，把早上亏损的赚了回来。14：06的时候在3929做了2手BO,分别在3934与3937平仓，获利12点。之后价格一直上扬，在这期间贯彻了之前的在主要趋势做主要操作的规则【上升期间BO为主，反之亦然】获利不少。

2）6月11日上午一开始便抓住了上升的趋势，赚取了42点的利润，为一天打下了基础。9：07分做了在3943处做了2手BO，9:08分3964出来。经验：要勇敢，当趋势已经非常明显。敢于持有。但是要在不亏损的情况下，而且是保持目前利润。

3）6月13日9：06分的时候，在前面亏损28的情况下，冷静的在4075做了一单SO，分别在4061，4059处平仓，获利30点。把因早进场亏损的一笔赚了回来。经验是心态，把心态调整好。Enjoy the game。成绩便自然出来了。

4）如何复制呢？有几点要坚持：

  A，主要趋势做主要操作，比如上升趋势BO为主，下降则为SO。

  B，确认趋势之后大胆进仓持有，等待机会出仓。耐心。

C，身心的和谐在一定程度上决定交易成败，调整好交易状态，每天以最佳状态来交易，Enjoy the game。

 

2、具体列出本周自己做的最差的三笔交易，并列出在这些交易中犯的具体错误。然后设计至少三条具体措施，以在今后 避免重犯这种错误。

1）6月10日9：39的时候，在涨势强劲的时候我做了2手SO，结果价格马上快速上升，当我止损时候已经亏损了10点。在这里我思考着自己为何失败？是因为自己做得太多了，或者是还没有形成自己的一套有效的操作理论？仔细分析后结论是不够专心。犯下一些低能的错误。

2) 6月11日上午9：10在3966价格的情况下做了SO，之后价格升到3699，马上止损出来，避免了更大的亏损，这次没有坚持涨势下BO的原则。幸亏的是快速出来，不然的话后果很严重。没有把握不要随意逆势。

3) 6月13日9：24，4103进场BO2手，9：25最高涨到4108的时候没有出来，之后价格反转，由盈利变成亏损。进场已对，方向也不错，但是没有保住成绩以及战果，反而亏损。这个最为顾忌的了。到嘴的鸭子飞走了。对心理打击不少。不要贪心，克制自我。

4)如何避免这些出现这些情况呢？

A，专心，把自己融入市场中去，享受价格变化中的过程。

B，不要随便逆势，顺着趋势去做。

C，保持战果，坚决止损。不要被贪念以及侥幸心理控制。保持资本才有机会战斗。留得青山在，不怕没柴烧。
